6 Quick Apply Part-time 11 hours ago Full Job Description Intrust keeps GROWING and we are in need of a Case Manager to service McCreary County area residents.
This position is for both in-person and telehealth services.
We offer in-house required training for CORE, SMI and SED and is FREE to you as an employee.
Case Managers work to assist clients and families with alleviating problem behaviors by:
-Linking your clients with services that are tied directly to the client's diagnosis.
-Providing assistance in coordination of treatment through monitoring services.
-Linking client and family to needed community resources and referrals.
-Helping prepare client and family to function independently after services are complete.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Services related field plus one year of post graduate experience.
OR- A Master's Degree in a Human Services related field (there is no experience requirement if you have a Master's) Hiring part-time with potential for full-time.
